Just a reminder. BBQ grills, cooking devices, or any other similar devices used for cooking  may not be stored  or used on the balcony or patio.  This is a mandatory  ordinace from the City of Plano. Penalties are fines up to $2,000 per incident and a conviction in the Minicipal Court.  Do not store grills or cooking devices in or around the common areas of the property.

The painting project  is just about complete. We have a few more buildings to complete as soon as weather permits.  We appreciate your cooperation.   We hope everyone is  the enjoying the fresh new look too. 

 

 Pest Service Day has been changed to Thursdays.  If you need service, please call the office to schedule.

 


Resident Referrals! Save  money. Refer a friend, coworker, relative, or anyone to live at your community. Refer a friend to our community and receive $50.00 off your next month's rent! Each quarter we enter in the names of residents who referred to us into a drawing for a gift certificate. Nothing is better than saving money and having someone you know live close by. Check with the office staff for details.

 


 

We need your email address! Every month we send out a monthly newsletter to all residents via email to save time. We also include information about your community. Email the office with your information, so that we may update our records. Thank you! 

 

 We have carports and garages available to rent. We are offering a special on the carports and garages call the office for details. Remember your car will stay cleaner under cover and cooler!  

 

Grilling? Remember using a grill will require that you are grilling 10 ft from the building.

 Barbeque grilling  is not allowed on patios or balconies. This is the city of Plano fire  ordinance. Fines are up to $2,000 per incident. 


 

Community Pool Hours are:

9:00 am to 10:00 pm Sunday through Thursday

9:00am to 12:00 am Friday through Saturday

Due to limited space at the pool, only two guests are permitted per apartment at the pool at any one time.

Resident must accompany guests at all times.

Children under 16 yrs. of age must be accompanied by an adult. 


A friendly reminder, RENT is LATE on the 4th of the month. Please remember that if you are paying on or after the 4th we will not accept a personal check. Rent payments made on or after the 4th, must be with a MONEY ORDER or CASHIERS CHECK!

Helpful Hints to Pay Rent Online

1. Make sure you have called the office at 972-527-1250 to get your Resident ID Number.
2. Log on to www.saxonyatchaseoaks.com and click on Pay Rent Online
3. Enter "Saxony at Chase Oaks" for the Property Name.
4. Select the Saxony at Chase Oaks.
5. Click on the ENROLL link.
6. Enter first and last name of primary lease holder and e-mail address. Enter Resident ID Number where it asks for Account Number. Enter any 4 digits such as 0000 or 1234 where it asks for Social Security Number (make sure it is not the last 4 digits of your social, any 4 digits will work). Finally, Enter your Apartment Number.
7. If all the information you have entered is correct it will locate your account.
8. Once you have located your account, follow the directions to change your password to a password of your choice. 

Once these steps are completed you are set up to pay online! Please call the office should you have any questions or concerns. Our staff will be happy to help.
