My favorite apartment complex that I have lived in the staff are so friendly. Veronica was very welcoming and helpful throughout the process of moving in. Maintaince gets things done right away and they do a good job! The pools are nice I just wish the hot tub was actually hot but other than that everything is kept in good shape!

I post 2 reviews for apartments. My application experience and my living experience. I will later on be back to post my living experience so stay tuned. I will however say that my application experience was one of the best I’ve ever had. The office staff is beyond professional and extremely helpful. Jacqueline is AMAZING! I recommend her! Micky and Veronica are also on top of there game. I came in to apply for a specific unit that was no longer available at the time of my visit. I of course lost hope and was ready to walk out. Jacqueline however changed that with her amazing attitude and professional customer service. She helped me find another amazing unit that I ended up loving more than the one I came in for. Needless to say she went above and beyond for me and made she I was satisfied even with the extra chaos that came with it. This community is very up kept from what I seen and the amenities are endless. Super clean and quiet and great neighborhood in Plano. Not to far from Hwy 75 and the Allen outlets! I would recommend giving them a visit.

I really love the staff here, from the first moment i walked in , me and my family felt more then welcomed. jacoline was out leasing lady and has been very awesome. she's answers any questions that i may have and everyone does a great job with communication and getting back to you in a timely manner . The manager here is great , the maintenance is great . when i had a problem they came in and fixed it right away. i would recommend living here. they've done a great job with taking care of me.

I visited for an apartment tour recently and I don't live here (yet). Friendly and helpful office staff who follow covid safety measures. The apartment complex looks good and clean. The units are beautiful, bright, and spacious. The rent is also affordable. The neighborhood is good and safe. I saw a lot of families and decent people here and I am considering moving here soon! Giving one less star because the property is located right by a huge stadium and massive cable towers. So a good number of apartments are exposed to loud sounds from the stadium and possible EMF exposure from the towers, which is why our options for units were limited.

Don't listen to the recent string of bad reviews: Saxony at Chase Oaks is a great choice for a place to live in Plano with affordable rates, clean, and well built apartments and an even greater management and leasing staff! After reading through a surprising amount of negative feedback lately from users who seemed to be using the same "management sucks" "ineffective leasing process" and "fire so and so" format, I started to become a little bit skeptical of the validity of these posts. Saxony was one of the best apartment complexes I have ever toured and the staff in my opinion is the best perk that the residents of the complex have here: Always ready to greet you with a smile on their face and a sunny disposition with a determination to help you find your next place to stay, so I started to analyze what I was seeing. It looked like after a 1-star review by someone called "Asha Wadhavaniya" explaining their bad experience with the management team that multiple other accounts would use the exact same complaint to damage Saxonies reputation, including two brash reviews from Ameer and Oman Pirani (shared last name??) and 6 reviews from which the management team replied "We do not see your name in our system as residents, prospects, etc." (Which I have attached below so you can be able to see for yourself) But guess what? They are all very short, poorly written generic comments claiming that the management team lies, takes too long to respond (in a field where information like proof of eligibility has to go through a chain of countless people and their higher ups at corporate offices in some cases), or was rude towards them. In fact, 16 of the almost 50-ish negative reviews over the past 8 YEARS (Where the property has undergone many management changes and adjustments to its apartments and public areas) which is about 30% of the total 1 star reviews were left in the past 4 weeks! 4 WEEKS! So don't be driven away by the one misunderstanding with a prospect that ended up in a hate group hell bent on destroying Saxony at Chase Oak's reputation, because under the recent troll reviews, there is a kind and loving community waiting for you with open arms- and just like a nice home cooked meal, stuff like this can't have its quality rating confined to a star system.

Due to my time frame I am unable to move here, but there wouldn't be a question if they had units available for my move date. The property is beautiful. Had an amazing experience getting to tour this location the other day! I was able to visit the same day as I called to see what they had available! Jacqueline was able to get us in quickly and without any issues, she first showed us our options and then offered a tour around the complex and to see the unit. The area was very clean and well looked after, when we arrived at the model apartment we were offered drinks and snacks while we looked around. Near the end we asked if we could see the inside of one of the garages and Jacqueline was kind enough to go grab the keys to show us. I lived there from 2015 June until this year when I moved out in March. Everything is maintained well, and the apartment's are spacious. Parking lot is nice, I used to go for walks around the entire place barefoot without worry of stepping on anything. The pools are fantastic too, both big and most of the time clean of leaves. Maintenance is outstanding, from the manager Juan to all the guys. All of them friendly and very knowledgeable. Always very prompt to fix any issues and always fixed correctly. We only moved out because we found a townhouse flat that had more space for a bit less in rent. No one above or below us now.

Best apartment in Plano!

This is the best DFW apartment complex I've lived in. The maintenance staff (such as Alex) are top notch - Alex in particular has helped keep things running smoothly, and he's given me advice on ways to keep things maintained (when I ask!) I'm moving out/upgrading to a house!!, but I will miss this place - such a convenient location, and during the snowstorm, we were even able to walk across the street to get some amazing Asian food. I will really miss this apartment, but so glad to have had the three years I had here!

Amazing Apartment community

Positive: Professionalism, Quality We had a great experience working with Jacqueline and Victoria. Jacqueline is very responsive and answered all of our questions before/during our move-in. The place is BEAUTIFUL! High ceilings, large balcony with our corner unit, valet trash, fast maintenance, and the amenities are great! They have a great parcel/amazon locker facility system as well to make sure amenities can be enjoyed safely. We have had a great experience here so far and would highly recommend working with Jacqueline.

I have lived her for almost 2 yrs now and I love it! Just renewed my lease again. For the most part, it's pretty quiet, which is nice when I work nights at times. Employees that work here are awesome and are always willing to help out! One in particular that helped me today was Valentine. He was super polite, fixed what was needed and was super fast about it. This is my second apartment in Dallas, I will surely advise people to join in our community. All required shopping is nearby like walmart, india bazaar, jusgo and Walgreens. I would highly recommend Saxony as the best apartments with reasonable prices and good maintenance. They solve maintenance issues real quick maximum on the same day. Staff at front office are very friendly, Sarai is so helpful and kind. Apartments are also very near to Walmart, Samsclub, cinemark and other stores. Good community to live in.

Highly recommend this community to stay. We have been residing here since 2017. Sarai in the leasing office is always quick and gives us clear information on any issue. She is very kind and friendly. The maintenance issues are also handled very quickly. They generally close the issue on the same day. We stay on 2nd floor, did not see any issue on bedbugs or any other insects. Apartments are also neat and clean.

Saxony at Chase Oaks has truly been a great experience. Everyone in the office is very helpful, especially Corinna and Sarai, who I can’t thank enough for their kindness and patience. :) The apartments are in great condition, and are comfortable to be in. The pools are nice and clean, and the whole complex is tidy. Overall, the experience has been easy and painless, even with the current pandemic. We'd been living here for three years, this is a decent place to live, the maintenance guys are hard workers and most of the issues are solved immediately or the next day. Juan, Valentin, Enrique, Manuel, Pepe and Jose always have a smile and good attitude. During this special times they've been great at following guidelines of facemasks and gloves. My family and I enjoyed touring these apartments! Logan was very direct and helpful with all of our questions. We have kids so we prefer our apartment tours to be short and sweet. Aside from the complex being exactly what we had hoped for, I also really appreciated that Logan acknowledged, listened, and responded every time my 5 and 6 year old would talk to her or even say something random. The maintenance at Saxony at Chase Oaks is amazing. I emailed the leasing office to make a maintenance request for my dishwasher, and Juan and Enrique showed up immediately. They are very good at their jobs. They fixed the dishwasher within 15 minutes, and were happy to help with other minor maintenance needed around the apartment. 10/10 would recommend living here!
