Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Plano! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, you're more than welcome.

We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help.

If you find yourself locked out during business hours, stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, contact a locksmith if necessary.

Your new home will have a fully furnished kitchen, including refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Full-size washer/dryer connections are also included for your convenience.

At Saxony at Chase Oaks, paying rent is made easy. You can choose to make your payments online with a bank account, debit, or credit card, or our office team is able to accept personal checks or cashier's checks!

When living at Saxony at Chase Oaks, renters' insurance is required. We offer a damage waiver program for all our residents, or you may supply your own 3rd-party policy. For more information on renters' insurance, contact our leasing team, who would be happy to discuss!

For internet and cable, the property is prewired with Spectrum for your cable and high-speed internet!

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.

Saxony at Chase Oaks will provide utility set-up information prior to moving into your new home!

At Saxony at Chase Oaks, residents are responsible for paying all utilities. You are able to pay your monthly utility bill along with your rent through our online portal for added convenience!

The Plano location of Saxony at Chase Oaks offers excellent access to public transportation options so you can easily explore the newest hotspots in the area!

When reviewing an application to rent at Saxony at Chase Oaks, we conduct identity verification, a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please review our Rental Criteria located in the Apply Now section of our website, or feel free to contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.

Applicants must have verifiable income equal to or greater than 3 times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 6 times (gross market rent).  For additional information, please refer to the Rental Criteria under the Apply Now section of our website.

Rental qualification is at least 12 months of verifiable 3rd-party rental or mortgage payment history.

Our property uses Nova to verify income. If no records are found using this software, you may be asked to provide two other verification methods, such as banking information or past pay stubs to validate income.

Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

Our community is located in the city of Plano, and due to the urban environment, noise levels are expected to be moderate.

We want our residents to make their space feel like home. There are guidelines as to what is permitted. If you have questions about decoration ideas, call the leasing office for details!

Subletting and short-term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc., are strictly prohibited.

We want Saxony at Chase Oaks to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. All of our community spaces are ready for your use without any charges!
