Posted On: 1/9/2024We have lived in a 3bd/2bth here at Saxony for 6 months now and couldn't be happier. The application process was a bit involved... for us as we had a different situation, but Petrina walked us through every step and stayed positive the entire process. She kept in touch with us, answered all questions, and genuinely seemed to care. Now, 6 months later, she still recognizes us and knows us by name. That's rare for a larger complex, but she makes a point to make everyone know they are special. Petrina is amazing! As far as maintenance or issues in the unit, we've had a few random things here in there...like an issue with the door or a problem with the dishwasher, our concerns are taken care of quickly! Jenn the complex manager is so awesome at addressing concerns quickly and ensuring the items are taken care of properly. She knows her stuff too...any questions, she has an answer and she's so professional. Don't mistake it for anything other than that! She just knows how to make the wheels turn! Oh...the maintenance crew is awesome as well! They wave when they go by on their golf carts and they are so professional when they enter your unit to fix something. One more shout out to Rebekah! A week or so ago I had a question about renting a garage and I called so many times with different questions and Rebekah stayed patient and answered every question with no attitude! I know I would have been annoyed haha, but she was so gracious. It was seamless! Overall we are very happy with Saxony at Chase Oaks and the staff!!Read More about

I didn’t have to call her not one time for AC application update or anything, she called me every step of the way and gave me all the updates and advised me what was needed. I absolutely love my spacious apartment here at Saxony at Chase Oaks! It is a nice, quiet and securely gated community.... Petrina Turner in their Management Office was so nice and welcoming. She was also very helpful in assisting me through the leasing process with ease. She went over and above to make sure I was happy with my new apartment. The maintenance staff has also been helpful. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept, as are their pools. They kept it clean and power washed the breezeways, also maintain certain things with the apts often (air filters, pest control, etc). Lots of parking, but having a carport was ideal. After certain circumstances, I ended up needing a two bedroom. They worked with me and helped to where I could easily transitioned. The office staff were for the most part, great to deal with. Maintenance was great! They helped me a few times. I lived at Saxony for two yrs. When I moved out, key return was easy. They ended up sending me my full deposit to my new address a month later.Read More about

The staff/team is very upfront about costs and expectations of us and vice versa. The office staff is 100% responsive, always friendly when answering phone calls and greeting residents/prospects in person. I haven’t been the best at times but they’ve always been respectful, friendly and extremely helpful. I’d recommend these apartments and to work with the on-site team. So many places I visited seemed to not care or have time to help. Jacqueline was always busy and multitasking, but attended to everyone with sincerity and efficiency. She went above and beyond to help me with my application and to find a floor plan that was right for me. She could have easily moved on to the next applicant when I didn’t get the unit I wanted, but instead she followed up with new units that were available. She’s the reason I didn’t want to look anywhere else! I can’t speak highly enough of her work ethic, dedication and care towards her tenants and coworkers. Everyone I’ve met there has been so great. Mickey helped me before as well, and she was great too- thorough and efficient- but had been out of the office. I’m very happy here so far and can’t wait for summer to enjoy the beautiful pool!
